Who we are
A small studio.
Nyhilism, Inc. acquires, builds, and operates a portfolio of digital properties — directories, ad inventory, and the software that runs them. The thread connecting them is the real estate is the asset: each property owns a slice of attention that we then monetize through tools we also own.
No outside capital. No cross-subsidy between properties. Each property is built to be profitable on its own and on its own timeline. The parent handles legal structure, processor relationships, and shared engineering; the brands and audiences belong to the properties.
We publish what we know. Rate cards, scoring methodology, ownership maps, status pages, transparency reports. Every claim on this page should be verifiable at a public URL.
Properties
What we own
and operate.
Nyhilism, Inc. operates a portfolio of digital properties. Each has its own brand, audience, and dashboard — and shares the parent’s transparency posture.
Operating principles
Six principles.
One company.
These aren’t aspirations. They’re the rules every property in the portfolio operates under, and the reason a partner can trust that the Nyhilism logo on one property means the same thing on the next.
- 01
Self-funded.
No outside capital. No board to please. No exit strategy. Decisions are made by the operator, not by a quarterly forecast.
- 02
Public methodology.
Every score, weight, and threshold we use is documented at a public URL. If a partner asks how we decided, we send them a link, not a slide deck.
- 03
Owned infrastructure.
We run our own hardware where the workload justifies it. The hot paths are not at the mercy of a managed-DB pricing change.
- 04
One contracting entity.
Nyhilism, Inc. is the counterparty for every property — one legal entity for processors, hosting partners, and affiliate programs to evaluate.
- 05
Profitable per property.
Each property is built to earn its keep on its own and on its own timeline. No cross-subsidy. No loss-leaders propped up by a flagship.
- 06
Receipts over claims.
If we say it, it links to proof. There is no “transparent” without a /transparency. No “verified” without a published methodology.
Things we will never do
- outside capital
- exit-driven roadmaps
- cross-subsidy between properties
- hidden ownership of properties
- stealth-mode launches
- whitelabel deals that bury us
- paid editorial placements
- affiliate kickbacks dressed as recs
- multi-year media exclusives
- take-rate creep on operators
Receipts, not slogans
Every claim links to proof.
Every line on this page is verifiable at a public URL. What we score on, how we score it, who owns what, what we’ve done with the data so far. If you’re a partner doing diligence, start with these.
methodology
Every score, weighted in public.
SiteScan algorithm, sub-system weights, threshold values, band cutoffs, dispute process. Published per property — Nyhilism Ads scores publishers, GrabYourDot scores hosts, same methodology pattern.

transparency
Quarterly receipts. Across the portfolio.
Takedown counts, fraud actions, subpoena responses, account suspensions, payouts processed. Published every 90 days for every property we operate. By date, not by spin.

ownership map
Who owns what — including us.
We publish ownership maps on the properties that need them (GrabYourDot for hosts and registrars). The same posture applies to ourselves: every property here is owned by Nyhilism, Inc.

Questions
What partners ask first.
Direct answers, no marketing-speak. Product-specific questions live on each property’s own FAQ — these are about the holding entity.
- Who owns Nyhilism, Inc.?
- Founder-owned, sole officer. No outside investors. The company contracts on behalf of every operated property; properties are 100% owned by Nyhilism, Inc.
- Are you raising outside capital?
- No. We're self-funded and intend to stay that way. The properties are built to be profitable on their own and on their own timelines — there's no growth-or-die clock to satisfy.
- What's the exit strategy?
- There isn't one. We're not building this to sell. Properties may eventually spin out into separately-managed entities if their economics justify it; that's not the same as exit-driven optimization, and it's not on a calendar.
- How do you decide what to build vs acquire?
- We build when the software is the moat. We acquire when an existing property has audience or domain authority we can't recreate in 12 months. Either way, the test is the same: can this become a profit-positive property within 18 months under our methodology?
- What ties the properties together?
- The thesis: every property in the portfolio is digital real estate — a slice of attention plus the software that monetizes it. The brand voice differs per property, but the operating principles (self-funded, public methodology, owned infrastructure, receipts over claims) apply to all of them.
- How does Nyhilism make money?
- Each property generates its own revenue — ad rev share on Nyhilism Ads, affiliate commissions + display on GrabYourDot, etc. The parent collects revenue at the property level; there's no separate parent-level revenue stream.
Built on receipts.
Owned outright.
We publish what we score on, who owns what, and what we’ve done with the data so far. Every claim on this page should stand on its own URL — if one doesn’t, that’s a bug, not a feature.
