DMCA takedown notice.
Designated agent
Alpha note
Our Copyright Office designated-agent filing is in progress. The mailing address + phone below will be replaced with the registered details before GA. Until then, the email and the form on this page are the operative intake — we will process takedowns received by email under the same SLAs while the postal address gets formalized.
Nyhilism — DMCA Designated Agent
Attn: Copyright Agent Nyhilism, Inc. Mailing address pending Copyright Office registration United States
Email: [email protected]
Phone: pending registration.
Notices must be sent to the designated agent above. Notices sent to other addresses, support inboxes, or social channels won’t trigger the safe-harbor process.
What to include
A valid DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) needs all six of these — the form on the next section collects each in the right place.
- 01Your physical or electronic signature.
- 02Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- 03URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on the Nyhilism network.
- 04Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- 05A good-faith belief statement (provided in the form).
- 06A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act.
File a notice
Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe the takedown was mistaken or misidentified, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Email [email protected] with the URL of the removed material, your name, address, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located.
Counter-notice review takes 10–14 business days. Material is not automatically restored.
Repeat infringers
Nyhilism terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Publisher accounts with multiple validated takedowns against their inventory are paused pending review; advertiser accounts with repeated takedowns against their creatives are terminated and their balance forfeited under the Terms of Service.
Bad-faith notices
Knowingly material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice — i.e. knowingly claiming infringement where there is none — is itself actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We log every notice, the submitter’s IP, and the action taken, and we cooperate with subpoenas where appropriate.
