Transparency
Quarterly transparency reports.
Every 90 days we publish a public PDF + summary covering everything below. The first one drops 90 days after public launch. Email [email protected] to be added to the release-notification list.
What each report covers
DMCA actions
Total notices received, valid vs invalid, average time to action, repeat-infringer terminations.
Creative moderation
Approvals, rejections, PhotoDNA hash matches, manual review counts, average decision time.
Traffic integrity
Invalid impressions detected + discounted, network-wide invalid rate, publisher accounts moved to probation.
Advertiser actions
Campaigns paused for prohibited content, accounts terminated for chargeback abuse, refunds issued.
Law enforcement
Subpoenas received, warrants honored, voluntary disclosures (always zero unless legally compelled).
Disputes
Publisher score disputes filed, percentage overturned, median resolution time.
Published reports
No reports yet.
The first quarterly report drops 90 days after public launch. In the meantime, the real-time blocklist and the live network stats give a continuous read on the same data the reports will roll up.
Why we publish this
The adult ad-network industry has a track record of hiding everything from publisher abuse rates to advertiser dispute counts. The transparency report is a deliberate departure: we tell you exactly how often we made the call to remove a creative, suspend a publisher, or honor a subpoena. If we quietly slid one of these numbers, the audit log would catch us, and we’d rather be on the public hook for the truth than the private hook for a cover-up.
